Send the full part number and a clear photo of the nameplate. For a power supply, include the input voltage and the output voltage and current. For a motion control component, include the model of the connected controller, drive or motor if known.
Check the Connections and Available Space
A replacement must suit the electrical connections, mounting position and space in the control cabinet. Motion control equipment may also depend on a specific communication interface, encoder type or software version. Ask the person responsible for the machine to confirm these requirements.
State Whether Alternatives Are Acceptable
Tell us if you need the same part number or can consider an alternative. A similar power rating or product name does not establish compatibility. Confirm any changes needed to wiring, settings or software before ordering.
Prepare Your Quote Request
List each part number and quantity separately. Include the required condition, delivery destination and preferred delivery date. If production is stopped, let us know the date by which you need the parts.
